Insurance Claims Process
No storm chasers here! When you work with Performance Roofing, our highly skilled roofing specialists are trained to identify storm damage on your roofing system and will help you throughout the entire insurance claims process.
Performance Roofing Inspection:
At your roofing inspection, we will document any damage and provide you with the information you need to initiate a claim with your insurance carrier.
Adjuster Inspection:
After the claim has been submitted to your insurance, they will assign an adjuster to perform another inspection. Your Performance Roofing representative will meet your adjuster to assist in the process. The adjuster will determine if your roof claim is approved or denied.
Contract and Pre-Installation:
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a contract for services based upon the insurance estimate used for the claim. Paperwork will be completed for permitting, material selection, and to review the details of your new roof installation. Performance Roofing will collect your insurance deductible at that time, along with any upgrade costs (if applicable).
Installation:
Our production department will contact you to choose a start date, discuss the details of your replacement, and review any concerns. You will be given the name and contact information of your project superintendent and will be updated throughout the entire installation process.
